• Consult and involve workers in HSE matters
• Provide suitable safety equipment and personal protective equipment
• Establish injury management and return-to-work programs

Worker Responsibilities:

• Take reasonable care of their HSE
• Follow safe work procedures and instructions
• Participate in safety training
• Report HSE hazards, incidents, and injuries
• Use provided safety equipment and personal protective equipment
