• Implementation of quality requirements across all departments
• Independent QA/QC department, headed by the QA/QC Coordinator, who reports directly to the Head of Operations

We believe that quality achievement is a shared responsibility among all personnel involved in project execution, not solely the QA/QC team. Therefore, everyone must strictly adhere to the quality requirements outlined in this Plan.

The QA/QC Coordinator has full authority and management support to implement this Plan and specific project quality procedures, ensuring our commitment to excellence.
